Official Rules and Regulations

The "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge is business improvement Challenge based on Word of Mouth results and Essays. The "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge will be conducted in the DFW Metroplex. 

Timelines and Deadlines
Challenge participants may enter the "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge only once.  Upon entering the challenge (and to be eligible to win a prize package), Challenge participants must submit their Official Essay answers to: robdavis@robdavisnow.com before the December 31st deadline.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Rob Davis Now will not be responsible for technical difficulties with email, misplaced or lost entries.

The winners including the Champion will be announced on January 3rd 2007.

How You Will Be Judged
"Who Do You Know?"® Challenge staff will select Champion and runers up in the Challenge  from all completed entries received by Rob Davis Now  Stay tuned to www.robdavisnow.com for more details.

All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.  The Champion will be asked to become an exclusive endorser for Rob Davis Now™ and "Who Do You Know?"® and enter into a one-year exclusive endorsement agreement with Rob Davis Now.

Who’s Eligible to Enter this Challenge?
Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age before entering the Challenge Competition. The Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void in all states and countries where skill contests requiring proof of purchase are prohibited.

Employees of Rob Davis Now, and any of their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for the Challenge , along with their immediate family members, may participate but are not eligible to win.

Challenge participants are required to pay the $149 entrance fee.

Regulations and Requirements
Rob Davis Now reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual Challenge participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.robdavisnow.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of Rob Davis Now. Challenge participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Each Challenge participant assumes all liability, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Challenge.  Challenge participants in the "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge expressly release Rob Davis Now, and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge.

Challenge participants must notify Rob Davis Now by email of any change of address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number or email in their registration disqualified.

Submission of your completed essays in the "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission for Rob Davis Now to use your name, photographs and written responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Rob Davis Now and "Who Do You Know?"®, its business, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the "Who Do You Know?"® Challenge. Submission of your completed essays shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Rob Davis Now of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs and written responses.
